Applying businesses will need to re-apply every 4 years to maintain their BFB award status.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\tSince the launch of the Bicycle Friendly Business Program in 2008:\t<\/h3>\n\t\t2,800+\n\t\t\t\t\tbusinesses have applied\n\t\t1,192\n\t\t\t\t\tBFBs are currently certified<br \/>(as of February 2025)\n\t\t38,000+\n\t\t\t\t\temployees and customers have given feedback on applicant businesses\n\t<p>Deserving businesses are recognized at the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels and all applicants receive valuable feedback and assistance in becoming more welcoming to bicycling.<\/p>\n<p>Awarded businesses are recognized in a national press release, through the League&#8217;s social media and on our <a href=\"https:\/\/bikeleague.org\/bfa\/awards-database\/\">interactive awards map.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Join hundreds of leading businesses from across the nation that are transforming their communities by creating more bicycle-friendly destinations and workplaces.<\/p>\n<p>Apply to the program and see how bicycling can help your business create more energized, alert, and productive employees, decrease your healthcare costs, attract and retain top talent and draw more customers.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tTestimonials\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>&#8220;The most positive outcome of TGH&#8217;s support for bicycling is the positive impact it&#8217;s had on the community-wide advancement of bike culture and multimodal travel overall.
